• Schedule a video call with our team to guide you through the measurement process.
• Share a sample garment you love the fit of — we’ll use it as reference.
• Send us your measurements directly using our guide.
  
  Your outfit will then be tailored at our state-of-the-art facility and delivered to your doorstep within your chosen delivery timeline.

We offer three simple and convenient ways to take your measurements:

• A live session with our expert to assist you step-by-step.
• Provide a well-fitting piece for reference.
• Use our measurement guide and share the details.
  

We accept a range of convenient payment options including:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• NEFT / IMPS / Net Banking
• Cash (available in select regions)

If you select standard delivery with our stitching services, your order will be delivered in 4 to 7 days. In rare situations, like during festivals, there might be delays, but we will inform you ahead of time if that happens.

Shipping: Free within Delhi/NCR (including Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad). For orders outside these areas, please contact us directly to confirm charges.

Service Fee: We charge ₹250 for optional home visits (if requested), which is waived or adjusted in your final bill upon placing an order.
